1. About us and these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of unsuitable-booking.com (the "Site") and any products or services offered through it. The Site is operated by Unsuitable Booking, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Contact: hello@unsuitable-booking.com. A postal address is available on request — please email us and we will provide it within 5 working days, as required by the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.

By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    2. Age restriction — 18+ only

    This Site contains adult content of a sexual and explicit nature. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to access or purchase from this Site. By continuing to use the Site you confirm that you are 18 or over and that accessing adult content is legal in your jurisdiction.

    The age gate on this Site is a self-declaration mechanism. We reserve the right to terminate access for anyone we reasonably believe to be under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors — see our Privacy Policy for details.

      3. The product — Unsuitable Booking ebook

      Unsuitable Booking is a digital ebook (the "Book") available for purchase via this Site. The Book contains real escorting enquiries and responses of an adult, humorous, and explicit nature. By purchasing the Book you acknowledge its content.

      • The Book is sold as a digital download. No physical product will be shipped unless explicitly stated.
      • You are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read the Book for your own private use. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or share the Book or any portion of it without our prior written permission.
      • The Book contains anonymised accounts. All identifying details have been changed or removed. Any resemblance to specific individuals is coincidental.

      4. Pre-orders and payment

      The Book is currently available for pre-order at £2.99. Payment is taken at the time of purchase via Stripe. The Book will be delivered on or around the launch date of 31 October 2026 at midnight BST. In the event of a significant delay beyond this date, we will notify you by email.

      All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

        5. Consumer cancellation rights — digital content

        Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract and receive a full refund.

        For pre-orders: because the digital content is not delivered immediately at the point of purchase, your 14-day cancellation right applies from the date of purchase. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the Book is delivered by emailing hello@unsuitable-booking.com.

        For immediate digital downloads (where applicable): where digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to delivery beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel. This is in accordance with Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Once delivery has begun with your consent, no refund will be due except where the content is faulty.

        Faulty or misdescribed content: if the digital content is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact hello@unsuitable-booking.com.

          6. Sex Tips — paid content

          The Sex Tips section is additional paid content available for £0.99 via a separate Stripe payment. It is subject to the same age restriction (18+) and digital content cancellation rights described in sections 2 and 5 of these Terms.

          In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, before purchasing Sex Tips content you will be shown a pre-purchase disclosure and asked to confirm that you consent to immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right to cancel. Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation.

          Access to Sex Tips content is stored in your browser (localStorage). We cannot restore access if you clear your browser data. This is disclosed at the point of purchase.

            7. Mystery Box — spin mechanic

            The Mystery Box feature allows you to purchase spin credits and spin a virtual wheel for a chance to win prizes. This feature is subject to separate Mystery Box Terms and Conditions displayed on the /surprise page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

            Key points: spin packs are non-refundable once purchased; prizes must be claimed within 28 days; free postal entry is available as an alternative to purchase (see Mystery Box T&Cs for full details); odds of winning are stated on the /surprise page.

            The Mystery Box is operated in compliance with the Gambling Act 2005. It is not a lottery. No purchase is necessary to enter.

              8. Intellectual property

              All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, video, and the Book itself — is owned by or licensed to Unsuitable Booking and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our express written permission, except as permitted by law (e.g. fair dealing for the purposes of criticism, review, or news reporting).

                9. Acceptable use

                You agree not to:

                • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
                • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any systems connected to it.
                • Transmit any harmful, offensive, defamatory, or disruptive content via the Site.
                • Reproduce, redistribute, or share the Book or any part of it without our written permission.
                • Misrepresent your age or identity to access the Site or its content.
                • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract content from the Site without our prior written consent.

                10. Third-party links and services

                The Site may contain links to third-party websites (including press coverage, social media platforms, safety organisations, and payment processors). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. The inclusion of a link does not constitute our endorsement of that site or its content.

                  11. Disclaimer of warranties

                  The Site and its content are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

                    12. Limitation of liability

                    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unsuitable Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or the Book. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

                    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

                      13. Newsletter and marketing communications

                      By subscribing to our mailing list you give your explicit consent to receive emails about the Book, launch updates, and related news from Unsuitable Booking. You may unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. We will not send you unsolicited marketing unrelated to this Site, and we will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

                        14. Changes to these terms

                        We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Where changes are material, we will notify active newsletter subscribers by email. Continued use of the Site after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

                          15. Governing law and disputes

                          These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your home jurisdiction.
